Sex Offender Registration & Exclusion

The California Sex Offender Registry is responsible for determining if any sex offender registrant who applies for exclusion form the Megan's Law website qualifies for exclusion. The DOJ determines whether a person meets the requirements for exclusion based on official court documents.

Go to oag.ca.gov/sex-offender-reg/forms to complete the Internet Identifier Registration Form and to learn more about the exclusion process.
