About: The 4S Ranch Substation is under the command of the Poway Station. It was opened in 2007. The substation has 12 sworn deputies and 1 civilian for the 20,000 residents who live in the area. They provide many services to the community including patrol, investigations, crime prevention and senior volunteers.
