San Bernardino County Sheriff's Departments
The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department provides law enforcement for the largest geographical county in the United States. The Department serves over 2.1 million residents with 15 patrol stations. The dispatch center receives close to 740,000 calls for service each year.
The Department is fully staffed in several divisions to assist in protecting the community. The divisions include aviation, training, patrol, dispatch, court services, detention and the coroner's office.
The sheriff's depend greatly on the 1800 volunteers that donate over 1.5 million hours annually assisting the departments in law enforcement practices for San Bernardino County.
The mission of the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department is to provide collaborative law enforcement solutions which meet the needs of our communities and partners by delivering quality professional services to America's largest county.
