Private Jails in Southern California (Pay-to-Stay Programs)

Below is a list of private jails in Los Angeles County and Orange County.

There are a few requirements for private jail eligibility.  First, defendants have to make all the phone calls and submit the application.  Second, defendants must pay the booking fees and daily fees.  Third, most jail programs require medical clearance.  Last, medical issues will likely prevent admission.  

The individual private jails set their daily rates and inmate requirements.  Some private jails do not accept defendants with a history of violence, drugs or theft crimes. A few locations do not accept women.
