Areas Served:  Interstate 5, Interstate 405, State Route 55, State Route 22, State Route 91 and over 220 miles of unincorporated roadways. 

About:  The Santa Ana CHP is a dedicated and enthusiastic area that focuses their efforts toward public education campaigns and enforcement of all traffic laws.  Santa Ana is considered to be "The Heart of Orange County."  The Santa Ana Area is responsible for patrolling 225 miles of freeway.  The Area is also home to the "Orange Crush" with an average of 540,000 vehicles a day traveling through this transition of the I-5, SR-22 and SR-57.   Their goal is to  keep you safe on the road, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and throughout the year.
