About: The Mojave Area is well known for its mild winters, high winds and great off-road trails. Additionally, the world renowned Pacific Crest Trail traverses through the mountainess backyard. Mojave is also home to the Mojave Air and Spaceport, where Spaceship One completed the first manned private space flight in 2004. The office offers a number of programs aimed at keeping the public safe on the highway such as, new driver training and installing child safety seats.
